Litigation (arbitration and judicial proceedings) is an area which we have been involved in ever since our law firm was established. We offer years of experience with the representation of clients both in judicial and arbitration proceedings. We represent our clients at courts throughout the Czech Republic and we dare say that there is no court in the Czech Republic where we have not taken part in oral proceedings. We also know arbitration proceedings from the inside – Professor Jan Kříž and Professor Miroslav Bělina, along with four other attorneys, are arbitrators for the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. In addition to the arbitration proceedings before this arbitration court, we have experience with arbitration proceedings according to ICC, ISF and UNCITRAL as well as with ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
