(b. 1984) graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. Before the graduation, she was on a study stay at the Faculty of Law of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. After university graduation, she worked in the European Parliament in Brussels. In 2009, she took up a one-year study stay at the State University in Saint Petersburg. In 2011, she got a LL.M. degree at the UC Berkeley School of Law. She was also awarded the Law and Technology Certificate by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology. She was an intern in the law offices William Dansie in Washingtonu D.C. and Weingrad & Weingrad, LLP in New York. Since 2011 she is a junior attorney-at-law in the Law Office Kříž and Bělina.

She is especially focused on intellectual property law. She can speak English, German and Russian.
