(b. 1982 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In the years 2002 – 2004 he studied the Management of Transportation and Telecommunications in the Faculty of Transportation Sciences at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He worked for four years as a consultant, methodologist and project manager in the area of IT and process management. He has been a Junior Attorney with the Kříž & Bělina law firm since 2010.
Orientation
He deals in commercial and civil law, focusing on intellectual property rights, primarily copyrights and the issues of software protection. He performs legal analyses and the recovery of debts and contributes to the preparation and submission of public contracts. He speaks English and German.
