(b. 1982 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He also studied the management of transportation and telecommunications and worked for four years as a consultant in the area of IT and process management. He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been a Junior Attorney with the Kříž & Bělina law firm since 2010.
Orientation
He deals primarily in civil and commercial law, focusing on intellectual property rights, primarily copyrights and the issues of software protection. He performs legal analyses and debt recovery and represents clients before the courts. He speaks English and German.
