(b. 1981 in Sušice) is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. During his studies he completed a year stipend at the Faculty of Law at the Universität Passau (Germany). He has been working as a Junior Attorney with Kříž & Bělina since 2009.
Orientation
He primarily specialises in civil and commercial law and intellectual property rights, particularly the issue of trademarks. He provides legal services in the area of public contracts and the debt recovery process. He speaks German and English.
