(b. 1983 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been working with the law office Kříž and Bělina since 2008, at first as a junior attorney, then as an attorney.
Orientation
He specialises in the first place in commercial law, including commercial relations with an international element, and in law of economic competition and public contracts, while in this field he has experience both of analyses of international M&A transactions, and of management and organisation of comprehensive projects of public procurement and architecture competitions. He also specialises in the agenda of contracts and litigation of civil law and commercial law, with a focus on complete elaboration of contractual documents and composition of contractual relations, especially in the field of capital construction. He represents at proceedings before courts in civil-law matters and commercial-law matters. He participates in due diligence, engages in debt recovery and carries out legal analyses. He also deals with intellectual property cases.
