(b. 1982 in Jaroměř) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno in 2006. He also participated in the “School of Austrian Law” project in 2004 – 2005. In 2007 he completed the “European Integration” study programme at Saarland University’s European Institute with a scholarship from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focussing on European media and economic law. He has been a junior lawyer at Kříž & Bělina since 2007.
Orientation
His orientation is on copyright and media law and also on European Community law. He also studied art history at the Faculty of Art of the Masaryk University in Brno. He speaks German and English.
