(b. 1963, in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1995. Before that, he worked as a company lawyer dealing with capital construction projects.

Jiří Dukát specialises in civil law, commercial law and administrative law. In these areas he has accumulated extensive experience, focusing on property rights, including relations under leases and on legal relations in construction. He often represents clients in adversary court proceedings.
