(b. 1974 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Prague’s Charles University. He is a member partner of the Kříž & Bělina law firm. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1999.
Membership
He is a correspondent with the publisher Kluwer Law International concerning copyright jurisprudence. Since 2006 he has also been acting as a lecturer for the Charles University Law Faculty’s Institute of Copyright, Industrial Rights and Competition Law. In 2007 he was named a Mediator of Collective Agreements and Contracts by the Ministry of Culture according to Section 102 of the Copyright Act.

JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, Ph.D., has long specialised in the area of intellectual property rights, primarily copyright, including the areas of information technologies, trademark law, industrial property rights (especially patents and utility models), as well as internet domains and unfair competition, including the enforcement of intellectual property rights. In addition to the specified areas, his activities are also focussed on labour law and criminal law, the protection of personal rights, press law and commercial contract law. He particularly applies his knowledge and experience in litigation (especially the enforcement of intellectual property rights in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings), in Czech, Community (CTM) and international trademark registration, in contractual matters, especially in the areas of intellectual property rights and commercial rights (licence contracts including international licenses and technology transfers) and in the preparation of legal reports. His activities include publishing and lecturing and he also actively participates in local and international seminars and conferences in the field of intellectual property rights. In 2007 he underwent intensive studies at the Institute for Information Law at the University of Amsterdam.
