(b. 1981 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. She has been an independent lawyer since 2008, with a six-year practice in a high-profile law office focused on criminal law and defenses in criminal proceedings. In a long-run, she cooperates with White Circle of Safety as a legal counsel providing support to victims of criminal activity and domestic violence. With the Law Office Kříž and Bělina she has been cooperating since 2011.
Orientation
She deals with criminal law in all its range, from conducting defenses in criminal proceedings, over representation of damaged parties, to provision of legal assistance for witnesses and other persons participating in criminal proceedings. She is focused on economic offenses and violent crimes and traffic accidents. She also deals with family law. She is also focused on representation of clients in European Court for Human Rights in criminal and family matters. She can speak English fluently.
