(b. 1978 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Prague’s Charles University. He is a member partner of the Kříž & Bělina law firm.
During his studies he underwent a year of studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Lund (Sweden) and a half-year study programme at the Law Faculty of the University of Passau (Germany). After completing his studies he acted as a junior lawyer in a prominent foreign law office until 2006. He then attended a year-long study programme (LL.M.) of European and International Commercial Law at the Europa-Institute at the University of Saarland (Germany). He is a member of the Control Council of the Czech Bar Association. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2007.

Tomáš Bělina mainly works with civil, commercial, labour and European law. He primarily applies his experience and knowledge in the area of company law and labour law. He also has extensive experience participating in fusions and acquisitions for foreign investors in the Czech Republic as well as participating in legal due diligence for prominent Czech and foreign companies.
