(b. 1978 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Prague’s Charles University.<0} He is a member of Advokátní kancelář Kříž a Bělina. During his studies he underwent a year of studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Lund (Sweden) and a half-year study programme at the Law Faculty of the University of Passau (Germany). After completing his studies at the law faculty he acted as a junior lawyer in a prominent foreign law office until 2006. He then attended a year-long study programme (LL.M.) of European and International Commercial Law at the Europa-Institute at the University of Saarland (Germany). Tomáš Bělina is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and a member of the Czech Bar Association’s Control Council. In 2008 – 2009 he was a member of the Office for the Protection of Competition’s Appeals Commission for the area of public contracts. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2007.

Tomáš Bělina mainly works with commercial, labour and European law and public contract law. He primarily applies his experience and knowledge in the area of company law, labour law and public contract law. In this area of law he provides clients with complex legal services such as the preparation of legal documentation, the representation of clients in litigation and the representation of the contracting entities in contract award procedures. He also has extensive experience participating in fusions and acquisitions for foreign investors in the Czech Republic as well as participating in legal due diligence for prominent Czech and foreign companies.
