JUDr. Marcus Schulz

(born in 1980 in Emden) studied German Faculty of Law at Kiel University and he fulfilled part of his study duties at faculties in Würzburg and Göttingen. In 200X he successfully passed the state rigorous exam at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where he defended his rigorous work and acquired the Czech academic title JUDr. (Doctor of Laws).

Following the completion of his studies at the German Faculty of Law he worked in Prague for international attorney’s offices. Afterwards he gained work experience at the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf and at Düsseldorf and London branches of a large international attorney’s office. In 2008, following the successful passing of the bar examination he acquired authorisation to practise law as a German attorney. He then worked as a German advocate in the area of property law and financing transactions law.

He has been cooperating with the Attorney’s office at Kříž and Bělina since 2008.

Orientation

Attorney JUDr. Marcus Schulz practises German law, especially civil law combined with commercial law and company law and also property law. He mainly uses his expertise in connection with international mandates within the framework of merges and acquisitions (M&A), as well as providing legal services for foreign clients.
