(b. 1979 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He studied for a year at the Faculty of Law at the University of Düsseldorf, specialising in European law, labour law and private international law. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2005, first as a junior attorney, then as an attorney-at-law.
Orientation
Mgr. Martin Vališ specialises in labour, civil and commercial law. He primarily uses his knowledge in labour-law consultancy, including the preparation of documents and analyses, and represents clients in labour disputes. In addition to the aforementioned areas he also participates in legal due diligence projects and in the process of recovering debts.
