(b. 1974, in Benešov) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and also from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics, Prague. She has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1999, initially as a junior lawyer and later as an attorney-at-law.

Věra Svitáková specialises in commercial law, civil law and labour law, focusing on corporate issues, mergers & acquisitions, divestment of businesses and parts thereof and also in legal advice in the drafting and execution of commercial agreements. She also takes part in legal services related to collective bargaining, provides advice on labour issues including the preparation of labour documents and expert opinions. She has extensive experience of debt recovery. She also draws on her legal and economic expertise when analysing and assessing legal documents and procedures, including the legal due diligence of companies and when optimising the conceptual framework of contractual relations.
