(b. 1973 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Prague’s Charles University. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1998, first as a junior lawyer, later as an attorney-at-law. During his training he spent several months as a fellow at the Faculty of Law at the University of Passau (Germany).
Orientation
Martin Rotta specialises in commercial law; in addition to standard contractual issues he also covers company and co-operative law as well as civil law, particularly in the area of rights to real estate and legal relations in construction. He also represents clients in lawsuits in these legal disciplines.
He also specialises in providing legal services in the area of health care and operating nongovernmental health-care facilities. He uses his legal expertise in the process of privatising health-care facilities. He also works in the area of labour law including litigation and criminal law.
