Milena Poláková (b. 1950, in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1993. Before that, she worked in state administration: the Ministry of Finance, the legislative section of the Office of the Government, the Ministry of Justice and the Office for Legislation and Public Administration, where she dealt with financial and commercial legislation. She was also a member of the Financial Commission of the Legislative Council of the Government.

Milena Poláková specialises in financial law, commercial law, bank law and investment company and fund law. She works on legal analyses and the legal assessment and evaluation of major projects, contracts and documents. She provides legal services in contract law and legal due diligence.
