(b. 1951, in Žatec) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University Law in Prague. She has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1991. Before that, she was a judge at a district court, serving in both civil and criminal proceedings, a senior lecturer in the field of law at the Czech Agricultural University in Prague and worked in the position of the department manager in the Czech broadcasting company.

Hana Křížová specialises in law of the press, the protection of personality and the protection of legal entity reputation. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of the right to freedom of expression, the right to information and protection against the abuse of these rights. She provides legal services in both out-of-court disputes and lawsuits concerning claims under the press law and laws on the protection of personality and the protection of legal entities’ reputation, particularly in the sphere of periodicals, representing the publisher.
