(b. 1975, in Liberec) graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. During her studies at the Faculty of Law she participated in a one-month intensive course on European law at Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. She took her final year and graduated from a secondary school in Arkansas (USA). She has been an attorney-at-law with Kříž & Bělina since 2003. Her line of specialisation is commercial law.
Orientation
She has accumulated much experience from legal due diligence in major Czech companies, transactions concerning acquisitions of ownership interests in Czech and foreign companies, including the privatisation process. She represents major Czech companies when they settle their contract relations with foreign partners and represents foreign clients in the Czech Republic in co-operation with international law firms.
