(b. 1972, in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1996, initialy as a junior lawyer and later as an attorney-at-law. While at school, she took a two-semester course in German law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Passau, Germany.
Orientation
Linda Kasha deals with civil law, commercial contracts, family law, labour law, media law and court litigations. She has extensive experience in the comprehensive management of a broad-ranging judicial agenda covering debt recovery in more than 1,000 files. She also deals with divorces and delinquent maintenance recovery. Her special interest is the right to the freedom of expression, the right to information and transgressions of such rights, i.e. protection against abuse of such rights, specialising in claims under the press law, protection of the freedom of expression and protection of personality and the reputation of legal entities´, particulary in the area of periodicals. In addition to judicial and contract agendas, she applies her knowledge and experience when providing legal services consisting of legal analyses.
