(b. 1950, in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 1992. Before that, she worked in state administration, including the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, where she mainly dealt with legislation and contributed to the drafting of many important legal regulations in the area of private and administrative law. From 1992, she spent a few years in the Legislative Council of the Czech Government.
Orientation
Eliška Jedličková specialises in commercial law, administrative law and construction law. She is involved in projects of acquiring ownership interests, especially shares of capital. She has extensive knowledge and wide-ranging experience in company law – the process of forming, running and restructuring of commercial companies, as well as carrying on their activities, competence of their bodies, She provides legal services in the fields of contract law, and legal due diligence. She is involved in legal analysis and elaborates legal opinions to major projects, contracts and documents.
