(b. 1974, in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2001. He previously worked as a company lawyer and as a junior lawyer.

Tomáš Hejduk deals with civil law, commercial law and labour law, particularly contracts under commercial law and civil law and expert opinions in these branches of law. He provides legal services in the area of public procurement and real estate and is also involved in insolvency and adversary court proceedings. He deals with cases of debt recovery, property restitution litigation and labour disputes.
