(b. 1978 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Prague’s Charles University. He is a member partner of the Kříž & Bělina law firm.
He studied at the Faculty of Law at the University in Passau for one year, also obtaining practical experience in the field in a German law firm. He completed a fellowship at the European Court of Human Rights and a fellowship in the Legislation and Law Division at the Office of the President of the Republic. He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2004.
Orientation
He is primarily involved in the area of rights to intangible assets and competition law. In addition to the aforementioned areas he also works with litigation and contracts for civil and commercial law, participates in legal due diligence and the process of debt recovery.
