(b. 1978 in Prague) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He is a member partner of the Kříž & Bělina law firm.
He studied at the Faculty of Law at the University in Passau from 2002-2003, also obtaining practical experience in the field in a German law firm. He completed a fellowship at the European Court of Human Rights and a fellowship in the Legislation and Law Division at the Office of the President of the Republic. He took part in the inspection programme of the German Federal Bar in Bonn and performed an internship in law firms in Berlin and Cologne (Germany). He has been working with Kříž & Bělina since 2003.
Orientation
He is primarily involved in the areas of intellectual property rights and competition law. He is also involved in company law, transformation projects and litigation and contractual matters in civil and commercial rights, particularly from the area of capital construction. He participates in legal due diligence projects and the process of debt recovery.
